Ethical Channel

The Ethical Channel is a secure communication tool that allows both the internal staff of GRUPO ATUSA and third parties to inform the Organization of any situation of non-compliance with the law, or the internal rules of the Group by communicating situations of risk or ethical or regulatory non-compliance.

It is communicated anonymously or personally. The Ethical Channel Management Policy governs the principles of confidentiality of the data provided, respect, foundation and completeness.
