Engineering
Extensive experience in the manufacture of malleable cast iron provides ATUSA with the necessary knowledge to advise the client, from the beginning of the process, in the development of customized solutions, co-designing the parts in close collaboration with the client in order to optimize them in the most complicated and demanding applications, thus satisfying the needs of each client.
Through its qualified staff and technical tools, such as the latest software in the field of calculations and filling simulation, or in the manufacture of utilities and tools for subsequent processes and operations, the test samples and pre-series are designed, manufactured and tested until the optimum result for mass production is achieved.
Productive means
ATUSA has 3 manufacturing plants employing more than 1,000 people in 8 countries, its production capacity is close to 25,000 tons per year. This, together with its wide distribution network, allow it to be a priority supplier in more than 40 countries throughout the world.
In addition to maintaining exceptional quality standards, its modern facilities provide ATUSA with great capacity and flexibility in the production of castings; from 0.1kg to 30 kgs and up to Ø400mm x 130mm in height.
